Make sure you are on the phone or actively working with a representative from 260 IT. Never give control of your PC to just anyone!
1. Go to 260it.com
2. Click on Get Support at the top of the page
3. Then click on Join a Screen Share
4. This will download the Quick Connect app, which they can they can then launch open. It will not install anything to your PC.
5. They will need to give you the admin the ID and PIN
6. This is not an always on remote access solution, and should be disconnected once the session is complete.
