We have seen on multiple occasions users cannot update Zoom. Usually this is seamless, but in rare cases there are older Zoom applications that cannot do an in place upgrade to the latest version typically because Zoom is running an old 32 bit application.
To get around this problem, you can completely uninstall the existing version in Control Panel\Programs and Features and then proceed to download the latest Zoom update from https://zoom.us.
