How to login to MSP360 to access a remote computer for end user

1. Login to MSP360 console using this link: https://console.msp360.com/

2. Login with the email and password sent to you via a secure link or given to you over the phone.

3. You will be prompted to setup two factor authentication as this is a requirement to access the system.

- We recommend the Google Authenticator app over the Microsoft Authenticator app as Google Authenticator is much easier to work with. Then on future logins, you will need to pull up the app on your phone and enter the 6 digit code each time you login.

4. Once logged into MSP360, you should see a Computers section in the top left

5. Click on Computers, then you should see your computer there, then hit the little dropdown beside the CONNECT logo, and either hit Connect in Web Browser or through the Connect app. If you hit the Connect app option, you will be directed to download the Connect app to your local PC. NOTE: The web browser option should work well on an Ipad or tablet since it does not have the Connect app requirement.
