1. Download and run the Open VPN Connect for windows on your local PC from https://openvpn.net/downloads/openvpn-connect-v3-windows.msi (If the link does not work to download, you can
search for OpenVPN Connect on Google.)
2. When it downloads in your browser you should be able to open
the file and OpenVPN connect will ask to import it.
3. Import the OpenVPN profile. Download the profile from OpenVPN_iKinect_AD_User.ovpn
4. Enter your username as before (Without the ikinect-dns\ )
5. On first OpenVPN Client login, enter the password given to you
during setup.
6. Once your username and password is populated in OpenVPN Connect, you should be able to connect and show it as connected.
7. Once connected, you can now download the ikinect remote desktop file from the link below. Your browser may see the file as malicious, but you should be able to select KEEP or DOWNLOAD ANYWAY depending on your browser.-

If you are an Agri Accounting customer, download the remote
desktop shortcut from this link: https://balestechnology2.sharepoint.com/:u:/g/EX_GfN-t5CBMkkFGS_7lRMMBLCIcTB1cEpSH_00zsgCvxA?e=wl3Cno
Once the remote desktop file is downloaded, you can drag it to your desktop from your downloads folder for ease of access.
9. Double click on the newly downloaded remote desktop icon and
enter your username. Enter your username after the ikinect-dns\
in the username field. Without the ikinect-dns\ at the beginning
of the username, you will not be able to connect. Then enter the
same password you used for the VPN. (Use the same password
you used to connect in OpenVPN)
